Could you provide a brief summary of yourself, including your background, interests, and any significant life experiences?

We are Carolina and Pasquale married for 20 years but we have been together for at least 25 we have two children who are our joy and our sorrows and we have a little dog who enlivens our days together even more. This passion for Instagram was born which all At the beginning it was just a game but it slowly turned into a job. We believe that the greatest satisfaction came when for the second consecutive year we were awarded the first prize as best influencer at the Italy Ambassador awards in the Advance fashion category.

What have been the biggest challenges you’ve faced in your life and how did you overcome it?

We face the challenges on a daily basis, just think about the education we have to give our children in today’s times but speaking in work terms specifically for what we do, the biggest challenge is certainly keeping our feet on the ground in a world where a lot it’s easy to be dazzled and then end up forgotten in a short time.

Can you share a significant aspect of your cultural heritage that has played a crucial role in shaping who you are today?

We have received a very rigid education based on moral principles, education and respect for others and this allows us to face difficulties with much more maturity and serenity.

What motivates and inspires you on a daily basis?

Our main motivation is curiosity and always wanting to do something more than the previous day so this pushes us to always go further.

How do you balance work, family, and personal life?

Being a couple profile already means not having to neglect your partner but doing everything together while as regards the children we either try to involve them or in any case we carve out exclusive time for them.

Can you describe a turning point in your life that helped shape who you are today?

There is no precise point where we can affirm a decisive change but there are many factors that have led us to what we are today from being a teenager where our parents took care of us to us being parents and taking care of ourselves care of our children, therefore many responsibilities in the work we do every day, the choices we make on which other lives depend, in short, it is a bit like building a puzzle but with infinite pieces to fit together and all with a different weight.

Can you share an experience where you felt a clash of cultural values and how you resolved or navigated through it?

We are from the south and this can often lead to unfounded preconceptions towards us. We elegantly try not to give importance to absurd people or situations but to go further, we don’t even want to stop and think about them. We continue to live with full respect for people and of the environment that surrounds us consequently we are strong enough to be able to overlook certain things.

Have you faced unique challenges as a diaspora individual, and how did you overcome them while maintaining a strong connection to your roots?

As we have already said previously we are very rooted in our families and live with a deep respect for people what we try to do every day is simply adapt to new situations understand and listen to cultures and ideals.

How has your cultural background influenced your personal and professional aspirations?

Our cultural training has taught us to have patience but at the same time to continuously seek results with a job well done, therefore we pay close attention to what we do every day in what we propose on our feed without ever giving inspiration or violence, hatred, homophobia or of hatred or of patriarchy, always remaining attentive, obviously and above all, to the environment around us.

What is your definition of success and how do you measure it?

To date for us success represents the trust of the companies that contact us regularly to advertise their products therefore it means a constant and long-lasting relationship over time this is our greatest source of inspiration our confidence in ourselves which for us represents a huge success.

Can you share a situation where language presented both a challenge and an opportunity in your personal or professional life?

Knowledge certainly helps communication and this pushes us to face new challenges we always try to learn from everything and everyone even if in the immediate future it is easier to use the translator which helps us a lot.

Additionally, how do you actively contribute to and give back to both your first and second homes, be it through community involvements, philanthropy, or other means?

We seek to contribute by promoting equality and opportunities by extending our help in this time of crisis by trying to preserve our planet for future generations and by seeking to empower the latter as well.
